As a community outreach organization, it is our responsibility to find ways to serve and support vulnerable communities even in the midst of a pandemic. JU has been responding to COVID -19 by feeding communities in Tucker, Atlanta, and Lithonia since March every weekday and will continue to do as long as the need exist. The meals are prepared, delivered, and served hot every week day through JU led mobile feeding sites that are set up in neighborhoods where many food insecure children live. Youth & Teens recieve FREE daily hot dinners, snacks, fruit, juice, and milk each day. We are currently feeding 500 children every week day with over four mobile feeding locations in and surrounding Atlanta.
